Return Policy

Return of DME Supplies: ASC will accept returns on any unopened DME supply within 30 days of the original dispensing date. There is no restocking fee. ASC will accept returns on opened supplies ONLY when it can be verified that a dispensing error was made on the part of ASC personnel. This policy does not apply to masks dispensed under the 30-day exchange policy outlined below.

30-Day Mask Exchange: As a part of our ongoing, continuous dedication to compliance, ASC will perform a mask exchange if during the first 30 days of using a new mask model the patient requests such an exchange. This exchange is at no cost as long as the exchange is for a mask of a like variety (no change in HCPC code). In the event of a code change pricing would be adjusted accordingly.

Return of DME Equipment: As this DME Equipment is of a very personal nature, all machines (to include CPAP, APAP, BiPap and humidifiers), cannot be returned once dispensed, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Payment for the device, regardless of use, is the responsibility of the patient.

Repair of DME Equipment Covered Under Warranty: APAP, CPAP, BIPAP and Humidifier warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer. ASC will process, at no charge to the patient, all warranty returns including the set-up and dispensing of replacement equipment.

Repair of DME Equipment NOT Covered Under Warranty: Machines (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and Humidifiers) which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. ASC will facilitate the repair of machines originally sold by ASC at no cost to the patient with the exception of postage. ASC will obtain a written estimate for repair from the manufacturer. The patient is required to pay this fee, as well as the postage fee upon delivery of the repaired equipment. Repaired equipment is not to be dispensed to the patient until payment in full is collected.

Non-Prescription Items: All sales on supplies and or equipment that do not require a prescription are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given on these purchases.
